Ring Sizing GuideChoosing the right ring size can be tricky, so here’s some guidance to help make it easier: Tips and Advice Visit a Local Jeweller: The most accurate way to get your finger measured is to visit your local jewellery store. Temperature Matters: Warmer temperatures can cause your fingers to swell, while cooler temperatures can make rings feel loose. Make sure you’re at a comfortable temperature when measuring your size. Consider Recent Activity: Avoid measuring your ring size after exercise or any activity that may cause your fingers to swell. It’s best to measure when your body is relaxed and at a normal temperature. Ring Style and Width: Top-heavy rings, like cluster or signet rings, can spin more easily. Wider rings with a flat inside feel snugger than narrower or court-shaped rings. Remember: “One size” doesn’t always fit all. Hand and Finger Differences: Your left and right hands can measure differently, depending on which hand is dominant. Be sure to measure the correct finger for where you plan to wear the ring. Finger Shape: If you have wider knuckles, ensure the ring fits comfortably over the widest part of your finger. If you’re stacking multiple rings on the same finger, you might need to go up a size to accommodate the overall fit. Pinky Rings: Pinky rings are more prone to feeling loose, especially after washing hands or being exposed to the cold. Consider a slightly smaller size if it still feels comfortable. Measuring Your Ring Size at Home You can purchase a plastic ring sizer from Amazon. However, please note that we can’t be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate sizing done at home.

Returns Policy for Bespoke, Made-to-Order, and Personalised ItemsUnder The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA), bespoke, personalised, or customised goods are not eligible for returns or cancellations simply due to a change of mind. If the goods are made according to the contract but the consumer no longer wants them or doesn't like them, there is no obligation to accept a return or offer a refund. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods If the goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, the following rules apply: If a fault is discovered within 30 days of receipt, the consumer is entitled to request a full refund (Initial Right to Reject). However, evidence of the fault or non-conformance may be required. For faults discovered after 30 days but within six months of receipt, it is assumed that the fault was present from the start. In this case, the seller is responsible for offering a solution, such as repair, replacement, or a full refund. If the seller wishes to avoid providing a remedy, they must prove the fault did not exist at the time of delivery. If a repair or replacement is provided and the goods still do not conform, the consumer can exercise their Final Right to Reject and request a full refund. After Six Months After six months from the date of receipt, the burden of proof shifts back to the consumer. If a refund is issued at this stage, the seller may reduce the amount to reflect the usage and depreciation of the goods over time. While this is our formal returns policy, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction, and I’m committed to working with you to find a solution you're happy with. If you ever encounter a problem with your jewellery, please don't hesitate to get in touch—I’ll do my very best to help. As a member of the National Jewellers Association, I adhere to their guidelines on all return policies. For more detailed information, you can visit their website.

Everyday wearIt’s best not to sleep, swim, or shower in your jewellery. Jewellery doesn’t like chlorine, so be sure to take it off if you’re planning a dip. Apply any creams, lotions, sprays, or perfumes before putting your jewellery on, and make sure they’re dry first to avoid corrosion or discolouration. Try to avoid wearing your rings while cleaning with chemicals, gardening, or at the gym.
-
CleaningYou can use a soft microfibre or jewellery cloth to remove fingerprints or tarnish from the metal. Gently rub the cloth in circular motions. Jewellery dip can also be used, but avoid letting your jewellery soak for too long—a quick dip is enough. A soft toothbrush and a bowl of warm water with a small drop of dish soap is another effective method. Let the jewellery soak for a few minutes, then gently brush in small circular motions. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth or kitchen roll. If you’d like a professional clean and polish, feel free to get in touch.
-
Metal CareSilver is a softer metal, so wear with care, especially if your piece is delicate. Silver can tarnish or blacken over time, but a quick wipe with a polishing cloth should brighten it up again. White gold can naturally have a yellowish tint, so it is often rhodium plated. This plating wears off over time, so we typically recommend re-plating every 6 to 12 months. All jewellery benefits from a professional clean, especially if the surface appears scratched or dull. I advise having your jewellery inspected by a professional at least once a year to check for wear on claws or settings.
